Bill PriceA warm hello from the American Language Institute at San Diego State University! It's the fall season; but as I write this, we are enjoying warm and sunny days. This happens in San Diego, where people come for the mild climate and indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Our fall semester enrollment is approximately 1,850 students, with 830 in Intensive English and the remainder in credit classes.

Many of you have noticed a new grid when you click "Apply Online" on our website. This grid tells you what upcoming programs are open, closed, or in wait list status. Some programs for spring 2012 are already closed. We encourage students to apply for the wait list and we will notify on or before November 4 if they can be admitted.
