Aztec Campus Apartments

Experience the excitement of American university life in the heart of campus! This small apartment community is just steps away from the Aztec Recreation Center, sports fields, and swimming pool. The 3-Bedroom/2-Bathroom layout allows students the choice of a Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom, Private Bedroom/Shared Bathroom, or Shared Bedroom/Shared Bathroom. A full kitchen allows students to cook their own meals, and a shared laundry room is located on the property. Each apartment includes two reserved parking spaces free of charge.


Our apartments include: furniture (sofa, coffee table, end table, smart TV, TV stand, barstools, bed, dresser, mirror, night stand, and lamps) and super fast wi-fi.

Our pricing will differ from pricing on the Aztec Campus Apartments website. Aztec Campus requires students to sign an 11 or 12-month lease for an unfurnished apartment. Only water and sewer are included in the rental fee, so all other utilities are at an additional cost.
