We offer one-semester leases exclusively to our full-time students enrolled in the Semester at SDSU program, GlobalFlex program, or one of our English language programs for one semester or more. Our goal is to offer the best options combining location, pricing, and experience. Our all-inclusive pricing means you’ll spend less time budgeting for monthly utilities and more time enjoying the California lifestyle! - Financial documents not required to apply
- Short walk to classes, gym, swimming pool, campus events, grocery store, restaurants, and public transportation
- Private and shared bedrooms
- Furnished apartments with heating
- All-inclusive pricing – no additional fees for: high-speed internet (wi-fi), water, trash, parking, gas and electricity (estimated $ per month)
- Laundry facilities
- Large kitchen for cooking
- Apartment will be shared with other international students attending SDSU
- Roommate matching, so you won’t need to find your own roommates (in the U.S. “roommate” can mean someone you share an apartment with or a room with)
- Live amongst American students
Considerations:
- The housing contract commits you to live there for at least one full semester
- Apartment and campus rules must be followed, such as no smoking
- Sheets and towels not provided
- Meals not included
- Only available to international students accepted to an SDSU Global Campus International Program and the GlobalFlex program
- Spaces are limited
- Not available to minor students (under 18 years old)
